Who is White Canvas Studio Design?
My name is Florence Bomans - I am the designer and owner of White Canvas Studio. I graduated from the Art Institute to pursue an interest that became a passion, Interior Design. I am Belgian, mother of two, and have lived in North America for the past 17 years.
What I believe -
I believe we all have an “eye” for aesthetics when relating it to our homes, our living spaces. We all know what we like or dislike, what feels comfortable or doesn’t. As a designer I help the client find their comfort zone so they make the choices for their living spaces.
I believe we can create a “home” on any budget. Re-using or repurposing furniture or art pieces can give new life to objects that have surrounded us for sometime and become unnoticed. Through the use of color, fabric, furnishings and unique, eclectic pieces I believe I have the ability to infuse each project with a vitality and energy that sets each project, and consequently my clients, apart.

My mission is to give each client an environment they love, on a budget they can afford. I strive to create spaces with unique visual impact that improve the clients lifestyle. This result can only be achieved through a close collaboration, which culminates in an environment the client calls “home”.
